Book an appointment in the “Book Now” section.
Select what service and any additional services you are looking to book with your full name and contact details then select a date with a preferred time to schedule your appointment based off availability.
No same day bookings available unless posted on The Lavish Loft Instagram story.

No deposits are required upon booking any services at The Lavish Loft.
The Lavish Loft will be responsible in scheduling and confirming your appointment, you may see an email, text correspondence/phone call or direct message confirming your appointment date and a 24 hour kind reminder message including the time and address.

Here at The Lavish Loft we take pride in providing exceptional services and above and beyond customer service for all clients. Any individual will be treated with respect and will be expected the same quality in return.
The Lavish Loft is a home-based studio, if you are rude or disrespectful in any way which may include harassment, violence and vulgar or irrational behaviour and disrespect, you may be asked to leave your appointment immediately and not allowed to make any future bookings.
This policy also applies to any and all individuals including clients in person and online(Direct Message, comments, email).
You may be subject to being blocked from booking or viewing and browsing The Lavish Loft page.
Refunds on services will not be issued if your appointment is cancelled due to your behaviour.

If you should have any issues within the first 72 hours after your appointment(ex., retention or reaction issues), I will offer a free touch up or removal, depending what fits best.
This policy does not apply to clients who did not follow proper after care which caused the problem or if it’s been more then the 72 hour period.
Refunds will not be offered for any services!

This service is only eligible for up to a week past your last appointment (7 days) and you must have at least 40% of lashes or your appointment may be subjected to be charged as a “Fill”.
If you ever feel unsure about how full your lashes are, send a picture and The Lavish Loft can let you know!

You must have 40% of lashes to be considered a fill, anything less will be charged for a full set.
Fills should be done every 2-3 weeks, anything after 3.5 weeks will be considered a full set.

A foreign fill is essentially a fill over top of a previous lash technicians work.
To qualify you must have 40% of your previous lash set to be considered a fill, anything less will be charged for a full set.
Should the previous lash technicians work be unable to be filled unpon further indepth client consultation due to poor application, stickies, damaged lashes or client neglected lashes due to improper aftercare and maintanince, you will be charged a removal and fullset. I only accept one individual client per day for appointments incase of these emergencies. Please allow up to a minimum of up to 4 hours for the process.

There is a 10 minute grace period.
Anything past 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee.
15 minutes or more late and your appointment will automatically be cancelled!
Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior, if not, you will be required to pay a $20 cancellation fee upon your next booking. Any cancellations or tardiness rescheduled 24 hours prior to your appointment will be honoured.
If you do not show for your rescheduled appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and you will need to pay the cancellation and an additional accountabilty fee of $30 for any future bookings.
Please be mindful as time at The Lavish Loft is just as valuable as yours!

Please wear a mask upon arrival!
You will not be expected to wear it throughout the service unless you choose to!
Please do not bring guests, no exceptions will be made. This is to minimize the amount of people within my home and studio.
Do not come if you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, you will not be charged if rescheduling within the 24 hours, as per my policies.
You must still wear a mask upon arrival if you are double vaccinated, it will reduce the spread of any contaminates in the atmosphere as the services offered at The Lavish Loft are provided in the comfort of my home studio.
If you feel any kind of sickness even of you might think it’s a cold, please contact me through email or Instagram so we can reschedule, you will not be charged if rescheduling within the 24 hours, as per my policies.
Health and Wellness is very important at The Lavish Loft and do not wish to be exposed to any illness that may affect from providing any services. If I am feeling unwell I will contact you personally through contact information provided to reschedule you accordingly.

Please arrive with a clean face and lashes, free of makeup, creams and lash glues.
Avoid wearing contacts during appointment, they will need to be removed before your service.
Please wear a mask upon arrival, you will not be expeected to wear it throughout your service should unless you choose to.
Use the washroom before hand- you’re going to be laying down for a few hours, I prefer no visitors in my home washroom. No exceptions unless an emergency!
Do not consume any caffeine before appointment to reduce any unwanted movements during your appointment and for your safety.
Feel free to bring headphones if you feel like listening to your own playlists, you can also request I play music during your appointment.
The Lavish Loft only accepts cash, please be cash ready upon your appointment!

You will be contacted 24 hours prior to service with the address.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your appointment.
Please set aside enough time for your appointment and book accordingly, they can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on coverage needed.
You will not be charged if your service takes longer as some clients naturally have more lashes.
The Lavish Loft is a home-based studio, if you are rude or disrespectful in any way you may be asked to leave your appointment immediately and not allowed to make any future bookings- Refer the No Tolerance Policy!
Contact upon arrival and you will be greeted in!
Remember to please park in the drive way, The Lavish Loft is on private property and you may be subjected to a fine or being towed should you park on the road that is a fire route. The Lavish Loft will not be held responsible.
Please be sure to park in the driveway and wear a mask upon entering!
You will not be expected to wear a mask during your service however you will be asked upon leaving to please put on your mask again until further exiting.

Due to the nature of the service, please contact The Lavish Loft within 72 hours of receiving your service.
